BSQC are experienced in implementing quarantine management for the construction site and workshop of structures and machinery being transported to an environmentally sensitive island. We created a plan for the whole manufacturing site and workshop to be kept free of pests and weeds, we facilitated all pest and weed control measures, reporting, regular monitoring and inspections of all structures and machinery during construction and at the completion of construction, transportation was also inspected – SPMT, trucks, barges and sea vessels. Sea containers and their contents were inspected and pest treated before being transported also. We were present for inspections of machinery and structures interstate and local, being prepared for transport – inspections before shrink wrapping and transport by road and sea vessel.
